Privacy for WordPress symptom inquiries

WP Fix Path collects only the details needed to evaluate and respond to a WordPress technical failure-path inquiry.

What the form collects

  • Name and email address.
  • WordPress site URL and affected URLs.
  • Exact symptom, recent changes, plugin stack, access state, timeline, and budget band.
  • Technical request metadata such as IP address and user agent, used for basic abuse prevention and troubleshooting.

How it is used

  • Inquiries are sent to hi@wpfixpath.work for intake review.
  • To decide whether the issue fits a fixed WordPress technical sprint.
  • To reply with the smallest useful first step and likely access needs.
  • Submitted URLs, affected pages, plugin stack, and access notes are used only to evaluate the request and prepare a relevant reply.
  • To keep a record of the inquiry and technical context if work begins.

What is not done

  • Your inquiry details are not sold.
  • Your site access should not be sent through the form.
  • Plugin vendor names mentioned on the site do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
