WP Fix Path collects only the details needed to evaluate and respond to a WordPress technical failure-path inquiry.
What the form collects
- Name and email address.
- WordPress site URL and affected URLs.
- Exact symptom, recent changes, plugin stack, access state, timeline, and budget band.
- Technical request metadata such as IP address and user agent, used for basic abuse prevention and troubleshooting.
How it is used
- Inquiries are sent to hi@wpfixpath.work for intake review.
- To decide whether the issue fits a fixed WordPress technical sprint.
- To reply with the smallest useful first step and likely access needs.
- Submitted URLs, affected pages, plugin stack, and access notes are used only to evaluate the request and prepare a relevant reply.
- To keep a record of the inquiry and technical context if work begins.
What is not done
- Your inquiry details are not sold.
- Your site access should not be sent through the form.
- Plugin vendor names mentioned on the site do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
